Policies of the Little Red Hostel.^™

The hostel is on a sensitive septic system and a well, we ask that you are careful with what you put down the toilets and drains, and not take showers that are overly long (greater than 30 min). "Flushable" wipes are not flushable and some cleaning products can cause issues; please check the label for a statement that it is safe for use in septic systems.
If arranged beforehand we may be able to pick you and your luggage up from the Lunenburg MaritimeBus stop or the Lunenburg waterfront.
Quiet time starts at 10:30pm (22:30)
Smoking is permitted on the property but only outside and 30ft(~10m) away from doors or open windows. Smoking inside will incur a $400 cleaning fee.
We ask that you act responsibly and reasonably, please avoid disturbing other guests. In the event of unresolvable difficulties between guests either or both parties may be asked to leave the hostel, at such a point all rates and additional charges come due immediately.
Locks are for keeping honest people honest, we can't guarantee the security of items left on the property even when locked up in rooms or lockers.
